Refund Policy

1. Digital Content & Access
David Wells T/A wyrdee provides digital content and instant access to proprietary linguistic tools. Because the service is delivered digitally and accessed immediately upon subscription, the refund terms below apply in place of any statutory cooling-off period that may otherwise be waived on first use.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, and we will process it without unreasonable conditions.
3. Easy Cancellation
You can "De-escalate your Synergy" (cancel) at any time through your Account Settings. You will continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period, at which point your status will revert to "Casual Stakeholder."
4. Changes to Plan
We reserve the right to adjust our nomenclature and pricing. Existing stakeholders will be notified of any "Value Adjustments" 30 days in advance.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by Stripe, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests can be submitted directly through Stripe's buyer portal at stripe.com, or by emailing us at support@wyrdee.com.
